HOW RETURNS WORK
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. This keeps your request quick to check.
2. Share your order number and photos. We check the item and send you a "Return Accepted" message.
3. Hand the parcel to the courier within 7 days of approval. Pickup is arranged through our delivery partner.
4. Send it unused, with tags and original packaging. We can only accept items in resale condition.
5. We check the item when it reaches us. Once it passes, your store credit is issued.

STORE CREDIT, NOT CASH
If you change your mind or want a different product, you get store credit. It is valid for 6 months and works on anything at bonie.in, so you can pick exactly what you love. The credit equals the item value minus the actual return courier cost. For a size exchange, you pay the return courier and we pay the delivery of your new size.

WHEN YOU GET A MONEY REFUND
Only when we make the error: a defective item, the wrong product or the wrong size sent. Tell us within 72 hours of delivery. We refund the product and shipping within 2 business days, and we pay the return courier. A slight colour difference between photo and real item is not a defect.

NOT ELIGIBLE
Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned, except for defects or our error. Customised or altered items are also not eligible.
