SHIPPING POLICY

At Bonie Collections, we are committed to delivering your order safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Charges

India

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

International Shipping

International shipping will be available soon.
Once launched:

  • Free international shipping on orders above ₹29,999.
  • For orders below ₹29,999, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.

  • Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer unless collected during checkout.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days after successful order confirmation.
  • Orders containing multiple products will be shipped together once all items are ready for dispatch.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Every order is securely packed to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Estimated Delivery Time

Within India

  • Orders are generally delivered within 4–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen operational circumstances.

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be displayed during checkout once international shipping is available.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bonie Collections reserves the right to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

  • Shipping timelines remain the same for both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Prepaid Orders

  • Orders paid online are processed immediately after successful payment confirmation.
  • If a prepaid order is cancelled by the customer after dispatch, or returned for reasons not attributable to Bonie Collections (such as change of mind, incorrect size ordered by the customer, or refusal to accept delivery), the customer will be eligible for store credit only, after deducting applicable shipping, handling, or other non-refundable charges, where applicable.

  • Store credit issued by Bonie Collections will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed against future purchases on our website.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via Email and/or WhatsApp.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, government restrictions, natural calamities, high order volumes, or other unforeseen operational circumstances. Bonie Collections shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners or events beyond our reasonable control.

Tampered or Damaged Packages

If your parcel appears tampered with, damaged, or opened at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the shipment.
  • Take clear photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label.

  • Contact our customer support team immediately before opening the package.

Claims relating to transit damage or tampering may not be accepted if the shipment is accepted without reporting the issue at the time of delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information while placing an order. Bonie Collections shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges arising from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship across most serviceable locations within India.

  • International shipping will be introduced soon and will be available for select countries.
